iPhone gaming has really thrown a wrench into the traditional pay for play model. For 99 cents, what bad can you really say about a game? I guess it’s more about time. Can you play a game and have it be fun, instead of just busy time?

I’ve had this app since I first got my phone a long while back, and as it’s only a group of solitaire card games, I didn’t think it was worth a review. However, I’ve probably put hundreds of hours into it at this point, so I figure it’s worth passing on to you.

Rarely can I give a wholehearted recommendation, without any caveats. Such is the case, however, with Plants vs. Zombies for the iPhone. The game is simple, it’s fun, it’s bite sized, it controls perfectly on the device, and it’s really inexpensive.
